iSmart Web Service primarily provides digital services including website design, website development, e-commerce development, nonprofit website solutions, and custom web application development. Because these services involve time, effort, and digital resources, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Advance Payments

In most projects, work begins after receiving an advance payment. This advance amount is used to allocate resources, planning, design preparation, and development work.
Advance payments are generally non-refundable once the project work has started.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:
  • Duplicate payment made by mistake.
  • Payment made but project work has not yet started.
  • Payment processing error
In such cases, customers must contact us within 3 days of the payment to request a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
  • After project design or development work has started.
  • Change of mind after placing an order.
  • Delay caused due to lack of client communication or required materials.
  • Completed project delivery.
  • Domain, hosting, third-party services, or software license purchases.

5. Partial Refund

If a project is canceled after work has partially begun, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, after deducting the cost of work already completed.

6. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 5–10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.

7. Payment Gateway

All online payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateway partners such as Razorpay. Refunds will be issued according to the policies and processing timelines of the payment gateway.
